Using several strategies for product promotion is a very good idea because it gives you the opportunity to know which of them works better. You can do split testing and measure each campaign’s performance before taking the appropriate action. Changing a couple things would raise your profit. Banner ads should be placed on different areas on the pages of your site because there are some strategic points that will catch your reader’s attention.
In terms of coaching, my advice is to try to go it alone for a while until you have specific questions you need to ask, and specific things that are troubling you in your business. Having a coach as a beginner is often a waste of money in my opinion, unless you have the cash laying around and really want to make progress fast. Most people do fine bootstrapping, then get a mentor when the hurdles start to get higher and more frequent.

The thing I hate most is affiliate sites that have never held a product in their hand and then try to pass off something as a first person review for the sole sake of pushing you to Amazon.com.

Think search engine optimization, Facebook ads, and other social media campaigns. It is hard work, especially on your own. You could opt for Amazon's platform, which might be the easier route.
